Our firm has extensive experience in handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters including, claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, employment discrimination, enforcement of non-compete agreements and claims for equitable relief. We also have extensive experience in handling construction cases, including disputes involving contractors, subcontractors, developers, property owners, material suppliers and other participants in construction projects. Our experience in handling construction cases also involves construction defects, the enforcement of or defense against mechanics liens, and personal injuries occurring on construction sites. We have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and construction litigation at both the trial court level and on appeal in both state and federal courts.
Although we have extensive experience in litigation, before initiating or responding to any lawsuit we almost always explore the use of creative and cost-effective alternative dispute resolution, and have been successful in resolving many lawsuits without protracted litigation.
